We're hiring a motivated Pipelayer to work on underground utility projects, including sewer, water, and drainage systems. Whether you're starting out or bringing years of experience, we offer on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities. What You'll Do: + Install underground utilities: sewer, water, storm, and conduit lines. + Operate and assist with equipment such as loaders, trenchers, and excavators. + Use pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment and placement. + Perform basic concrete forming and finishing tasks. + Work closely with crew members to maintain a safe and productive job site. + Follow all safety regulations and company procedures. What We're Looking For: + Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. + Good communication skills and a strong work ethic. + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. + Willingness to learnexperience is a plus but not required! Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with heavy equipment operation in utility installation. + Knowledge of construction safety practices. + Familiarity with pipe lasers and concrete work. + Welding experience or pipeline installation background is a bonus. Physical Requirements: + Regularly lift 50 to 75 lbs. + Perform repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or steps. + Sit or stand for extended periods and walk on uneven ground. + Work safely in various weather conditions, noisy environments, and around vibrations. + Continuous use of hand tools and fine manipulation.
