Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple facilities within a designated geographic area. You will ensure that all assigned buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained, providing high-quality service with minimal disruption to operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. + Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including lighting, doors, locks, and general infrastructure. + Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks. + Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Travel daily between multiple sites using a company-provided vehicle or mileage reimbursement. + Communicate effectively with site managers and team members to prioritize and complete tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experienced in facilities maintenance, able to tackle a wide range of tasks from building maintenance, plumbing, minor HVAC, and low voltage electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred. + 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off with vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.
