We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join our team supporting the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of airborne electronic warfare systems and subsystems. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to start a career in national defense and contribute to mission-critical systems that enhance our warfighters' capabilities.

Duties:

Assist in the design, analysis, and development of mechanical components for airborne weapon and sensor systems.

Support integration of mechanical hardware with electrical, structural, and RF subsystems.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including electrical, systems, and test engineers.

Contribute to root cause analysis, design improvements, and corrective action planning.

Ensure design compliance with military standards and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience related to defense systems, aerospace, or mechanical design.

Knowledge of MIL-STD design and environmental testing procedures.

Hands-on experience with prototyping, machining, or lab testing is a plus.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
