The purpose of the Integrated Mobility Division is to plan, develop and deliver comprehensive services and administer all policy, planning, construction, and funding aspects of the statewide public, non-motorized and new mobility transportation program. The Division is responsible for the administration of State and Federal funds; scheduling new projects in the biennial update of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP); developing relevant modal policies and procedures for the Department; developing standards and design guidelines for the Department; conducting transportation system and network planning; preparing procurement plans and specifications; administering scheduled TIP projects; conducting safety oversight activities on behalf of FTA and preparing GIS mapping, safety programs, internal and external education, and compiling special projects. The Program and Project Management Branch is responsible for the collection, analysis, review and distribution of public transit, pedestrian, and bicycle-orientation performance safety and operating data; the non-motorized county program; non-motorized crash analysis; and the National Transit Database. This position serves as a Project Manager in the Program and Project Management Branch. This role requires in depth knowledge and oversight of the Integrated Mobility Division's programmatic areas; assists the Branch Manager in decision-making; client contacts; meetings with local elected and system officials; and presents to Executive Management and federal, State and local officials. The position is responsible for programmatic data collection, analysis, and review within the Branch, and the integration of public transit, pedestrian, and bicycle-oriented services into all transportation plans and projects. This position will be chiefly responsible for the success of individual projects within the Branch with appropriate manager oversight.
