We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. If you're proficient with a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, high-speed dozers, skid steers, machine grading, and excavators with rototilt, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: Operate a range of heavy equipment including dozers, high-speed dozers, skid steers, machine grading equipment, and excavators with rototilt attachment. Safely and efficiently perform tasks such as grading, excavation, earthmoving, and site preparation according to project specifications. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or landscaping environment. Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment. Strong understanding of construction and landscaping techniques, methods, and safety practices. Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and project specifications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
