Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety targets are met.
Supervise and support a team of production employees, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor workflows and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues; implement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance.
Maintain accurate records and report key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment; experience in equipment assembly or metal fabrication preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster a positive, productive work environment.
Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and machinery.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education preferred.
