Position: Project Coordinator Impact Windows

Experience:

3-5 years of Project Coordinator Experience for Windows and Doors

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in answering questions from the homeowners during the process leading up to the installation.

Schedule installation date with the homeowner.

When scheduling the installation date with the homeowner.

During the installation the PC will communicate with the homeowner. The Field Manager will handle ALL communications with the Installer.

The PC will handle all issues with the installation process with the homeowner once delivered, having to do with product.

PC will print all pictures for inspections the day before and leave them ready for pick up in the morning by the Installers.

The PC will assist the accounting department in closing out the previous month of installations.
