Duties and Responsibilities: Read and Understand Contract Documents including drawings and a tape measure Work on Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoQuotes (AQ) Software Manage all stages and aspects of project contracts, to include: Bonding Insurance Schedules Submittals/Shop Drawings Field Measurements Payment Applications Change Orders Operations & Maintenance Manuals Project Planning Develop/Maintain Budgets Project Schedules Submittals/Shop Drawings Purchase Orders Coordination with Project Representatives Project Execution Installation Coordination Subcontractor Management Invoice Approval Cost Tracking Project Closeout Payment Applications/Invoicing Client Complete Public Bids/Other Estimating Seek Available Bids Project Analyzation Identifying Bidding GC's Identifying Projected Work Schedule Compile Bid Identify Vendor/Subcontractors to Solicit Solicit Vendor/Subcontractors Quotes Complete Estimate via AQ Complete Bid Documents Complete Bid Analysis Compiling/Maintaining Bid Results Computing/Analyzing Bid Results Identify Bid Trends/Strategies Project Start-up and Training About t he Company: J&V began not as a restaurant supply company or as a fire suppression company.
