About the Role:

We re seeking a

Salesforce CPQ Architect

to lead the transformation of our global Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) ecosystem. This role is critical in consolidating over 100 CPQ variations into a unified, scalable global platform tailored to support complex industrial product configurations, including security motion detectors, HVAC systems, and custom-built controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end CPQ solutions within Salesforce to support industrial product configuration and global quoting needs.

Partner closely with a highly technical right-hand leader to design, build, and scale CPQ systems.

Provide hands-on solution design and implementation support, maintaining deep technical involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive system consolidation efforts, aligning regional CPQ processes into a global standard.

Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve quoting accuracy and speed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a

Salesforce CPQ Architect

(multi-region/global scope preferred).

Deep technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration logic, pricing rules, quote workflows, and integrations.

Strong problem-solver with a hands-on, builder mindset comfortable designing and delivering complex solutions.

Experience working with highly customized industrial or manufacturing product environments.

Interest or experience in integrating AI technologies into CPQ workflows is a plus.
