Catheter Assembly Technician $20/HR- $23/HR ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Catheter Assembly Technician, where you will play a critical role in building catheter assemblies and sub-assemblies within a clean room environment. Your tasks will involve reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and building full catheter builds using small hand tools. You will also be responsible for visual inspections and final packaging of catheters, often working under a microscope to ensure precision and quality. Responsibilities Read work instructions and review drawings to assemble catheter components. Build catheter assemblies, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds in a clean room environment. Perform detailed work under a microscope, ensuring high-quality standards. Use small hand tools for assembly and documentation processes. Conduct visual inspections and final packaging of catheter products. Essential Skills 3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry. Proficiency in reading work orders and production drawings. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems. Hand dexterity and ability to work with small pieces, requiring patience and diligence. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school graduate or GED equivalent. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
