Roofer Job Description Join a dynamic commercial roofing project requiring skilled professionals with over three years of roofing experience. This project involves a substantial 200,000 sq ft roof installation with a half on twelve pitch and a 40 ft eave, where you will be responsible for installing 6" insulation panels and metal roofs. Responsibilities Install 6" insulation panels and metal roofs. Read and interpret blueprints effectively. Operate all hand and power tools associated with roofing tasks. Work on a very low slope roof, technically considered flat. Utilize lift equipment with a harness and lanyard. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of roofing experience. Ability to read blueprints. Proficiency in operating hand and power tools. Experience in lift truck operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Construction and carpentry skills. Experience with siding and rough carpentry. Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
