Handyman/Cleaner needed

Handyman/Cleaner needed (Santa Ana) 10th Street near Flower compensation: $200 per day at end of job I manage apartment complex. I am looking for a good handyman and clean up man, all in one. Need to install new overhead exhaust fan, fix wall heater unit (new knobs, readjust face place), scrub bathroom flooring grout. Get dripped paint off the tile floor, hang closet door, install around 15 outlet or light switch covers, cover all holes in the unit, wipe down kitchen cabinets, paint kitchen cabinets. And many other things I haven't mentioned. Basically, make the apartment move in ready. I will be overseeing the project to ensure you completely get the job done. I am learning with Santa Ana handyman they are not reliable and their understand of clean and move in ready is not my understanding of clean and move in ready.
