Spectrum Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. of Ft. Myers, FL is looking for an experienced full-time HVAC Technician / AC & Light Refrigeration Services / Installation to provide excellent customer service for our clients while going into their homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and provide maintenance for their air and light refrigeration systems. When appropriate, this position is also expected to propose new equipment replacements. Our techs can expect to earn a highly-competitive, skills-based wage of $25+/hour.

In this service technician position, you can expect to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, or until the job is done, with occasional on-call work on nights and weekends. You would also be eligible for excellent benefits such as guaranteed hours, health insurance, dental, supplemental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), retirement plans, paid training, a tool loan program, and tuition reimbursement.
