We're looking for individuals with strong diagnostic and repair abilities who take pride in their craftsmanship and thrive on solving a wide range of mechanical and technical challenges. Whether you're experienced in RV service or come from a background in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair, we want to hear from you. If you're not already RVDA/RVIA certified, don't worry we'll pay to get you certified. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various RV systems, including: Electrical and mechanical systems Plumbing and water systems HVAC and climate control Carpentry and structural issues Interior/exterior body repairs Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades Provide accurate estimates for labor and materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Deliver excellent service to customers with professionalism and attention to detail Qualifications: Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: Plumbing Carpentry HVAC Electrical Mechanical repair RV service and repair (preferred, not required) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to pursue and obtain RV certification (company-paid) Principals only.
