Duties: Construction Managers are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance. They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed. This position requires regional travel in a roughly 500 mile radius of Charlotte, NC. Overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and other contract documents Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners Performing daily quality control and safety checks Report all safety incidents to the Senior Construction Manager Accurate and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management Software Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job site Inventory and approve all building materials before installation Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with subcontractors and office personnel Conduct weekly task specific Toolbox Talks with subcontractors M inimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field. Ten years' experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent or equivalent OSHA 30 certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire What we offer: We offer Healthcare Insurance, PTO, 401K match, and ancillary insurance options.
