Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for expertly installing residential HVAC systems, ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and efficiency.

General Responsibilities

Install and replace residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and package units. Install, repair, and replace existing ductwork to meet industry standards.Follow installation checklists to ensure compliance with safety and local building codes.Perform complete system changeouts, including running and brazing copper line sets, installing and leveling concrete pads, and setting up thermostats. Build new air handler platforms out of lumber as needed.Communicate with dispatch and management regarding job progress.Provide excellent customer service, explaining the installation process and answering questions.Maintain proper inventory and equipment in company vehicles for maximum efficiency.Complete necessary paperwork and follow company procedures for purchase orders and material recycling.Stay updated on new products, installation techniques, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

Minimum 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredHVAC certification (NATE certification in two specialties is a plus)

Licensing & Certifications

EPA Certification (preferred)Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills & Qualities

Strong HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skillsMechanically inclined and detail-orientedHigh integrity and professionalismTeam player with leadership potentialStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and efficiently

Other Requirements

Must pass a background check and drug screening
