What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery. Record and report operational data accurately and timely. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn plant operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a physically demanding and dynamic environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Capable of working in confined spaces and at heights. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for operating tools and equipment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and hearing protection is required.
