Provide expert consultation and educational support to clinical and administrative leaders, ensuring a continuous focus on patient safety initiatives across the organization. Skillfully identify and evaluate patient safety risks within clinical processes. Lead investigations and collaborate with operational teams to implement effective interventions, ensuring long-term sustainability. Manage serious safety events by classifying incidents, conducting thorough analyses, and preparing necessary documentation. Facilitate early communication and disclosure processes for patients involved in clinical errors, coordinating with Claims and Legal to determine appropriate measures. Deliver high-quality education and training on safety and clinical risk management principles to department leaders and caregivers, aligning with best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical process improvements based on insights gained from event management and risk assessments.
