Project Engineer (Mechanical or Industrial) Location: Greenville, SC (Travel up to 50%) Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a Corporate Project Engineer to support capital and maintenance projects across its U.S. facilities. This position involves a mix of engineering design, project management, and hands-on support at manufacturing sites. The role is suited for an engineer with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with project management experience in the heavy industrial or manufacturing fields. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets. Assist in the planning, development, and execution of capital and maintenance projects. Support the preparation of project approvals and documentation. Cross-collaboration with internal and external teams. Conduct engineering reviews of designs, materials, and installations. Supervise field work to ensure quality and compliance safety standards are met. Travel to U.S. manufacturing facilities for support. Contribute to internal safety initiatives and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. 3-5 years of project engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (civil, structural, mechanical). Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Power BI. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in teams.
