Environmental Construction Estimator

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Environmental Construction Estimator position include: 7+ years of experience estimating environmental construction projects including stormwater systems, landfill capping, stream restoration, and UST removal Proficiency in bidding software such as Heavy Bids and RSMeans Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings, plans, and specifications Familiarity with federal agency requirements (DOD, USACE, EPA, etc.) Prepare and manage detailed estimates and proposals, including site visits and cost analysis Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to align estimates with scopes and budgets Monitor project costs and support profitability analysis Strong understanding of environmental construction contracts and bid processes Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 7+ years of experience estimating environmental construction projects including stormwater systems, landfill capping, stream restoration, and UST removal
