This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone with a passion for cast-in-place concrete construction, financial oversight, and driving projects to completion with excellence. ???? Location: Washington, D.C. ???? Experience Required: 5-10 years in construction project management ???? Education Preferred: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field ???? Certifications: OSHA 30 required | Bilingual English/Spanish preferred ???? Must have a valid Driver's License ???? Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of cast-in-place concrete projects from pre-construction to close-out. Lead job start-up and turnover processes. Manage subcontractors, project schedules, and procurement plans. Oversee budget adherence, billing, and financial forecasting. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and project documentation. Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring satisfaction and communication. Mentor and supervise team members, fostering professional growth. What We're Looking For: Strong leadership and time management skills Expertise in construction scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Excellent communication and decision-making ability Experience managing subcontractors and navigating change orders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, construction scheduling, and cost-tracking software ????
