Construction Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Small Cell Engineers and manage multiple construction contractors.

Develop and manage Construction Bid Packages, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee site construction, managing schedules and subcontractors to meet customer and internal requirements.

Coordinate all construction activities with local/state agencies regarding permitting and licensing.

Maintain all jobs in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.

Ensure all work complies with our construction standards, processes, and procedures.

Skills Required:

Experience with small cell, outside plant, and inside plant cable construction in aerial and underground facilities.

Strong project management skills, including project tracking and finance tracking.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Smartsheets, PowerBi, invoicing, and PO creation.

Knowledge of local and state permitting, pole and conduit licensing procedures.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High School degree and a valid driver's license
