**Description**

Under direct supervision of the Install Field Supervisor, the Install

Lead\'s primary responsibility will be to oversee their assigned

installation job, and supervise and direct the work of their partner

installer. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for start to

finish of the install process.

The following is a list of primary job responsibilities:

- Installing new residential and commercial HVAC Units

- Calculating refrigerant charge when necessary

- Troubleshooting install issues

- Communicating with customers

- Receives, verifies and loads all equipment and materials needed for

each job

- Completes necessary job packets; collects monies due from customers

- Maintain communication with the coordinator, your supervisor and

managers, warehouse and other members of the install team

- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a

professional

- All other duties as assigned to ensure organizational excellence
