Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a mechanical knowledge to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including washers, dryers, conveyors, lifts, overhead rail systems, and more. Experience with boilers, pulleys, and roller track maintenance is a plus. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Visually inspect and test machinery and process equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems. Perform alignments and maintain gearboxes and bearings. Repair or replace defective parts and adjust sensors and measuring devices. Clean, lubricate, and replace shafts, bearings, gears, and mechanical seals. Conduct basic motor and instrumentation troubleshooting and repairs. Use diagnostic techniques to detect equipment malfunctions or potential failures. Essential Skills Mechanical skills with over 5 years of experience in maintenance. Experience in repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and service schematics. Understanding of motors, conveyors, and electrical maintenance. Capability to work with HVAC systems and 3-phase electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with plumbing and automation conveyors is a major plus. No certifications needed, but prior experience is essential. Why Work Here?
