About the Role A leading-edge technology company is seeking a Senior SoC Architect to drive the architecture definition of ultra-low power System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions, with a particular focus on power management, clocking, and interconnect infrastructures. This position plays a critical role in enabling next-generation smart devices and edge AI platforms. As a Senior SoC Architect, you will work cross-functionally with hardware, software, physical design, applications, and field teams to ensure the architecture aligns with product requirements, performance/power goals, and system-level constraints. Key Responsibilities Define high-level SoC architecture and detailed microarchitecture specifications Develop architecture documentation including flow diagrams, power models, and pseudocode Specify and model power delivery systems and analog-digital interfaces Collaborate with: Software teams on defining power management flows and APIs FPGA teams to bring up initial power and global control flows Physical design teams to implement power domain partitioning and intent RTL design teams for debugging and verification using simulation Support the creation of use cases and test cases for validation Deliver technical documentation to support internal and external development teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SoC architecture and specification development Proven expertise in low-power design, especially in power management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working across multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams Strong background in generating architectural documentation for complex systems Preferred Qualifications Master's or PhD in a related technical discipline 8+ years of total industry experience Experience with Clocking and reset architecture System interconnects such as ARM APB, AHB, AXI, or NoC Memory architectures including cache, pseudo-SRAM, DRAM, and non-volatile memory Arm Cortex-M, RISC-V, or DSP processor architectures Heterogeneous multi-core designs Prior experience leading projects or mentoring teams is a plus Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a motivated, innovative problem-solver with a passion for creating energy-efficient computing solutions.
