Concrete Estimator

Concrete Estimator Location: Richardson, TX Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + full benefits (depending on experience) A well-established commercial construction firm in Richardson is looking to add a skilled Concrete Estimator to their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, large-scale projects across the commercial, industrial, and civil sectors. Key Duties: Develop detailed and accurate estimates for concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, structural, and tilt-wall work Review drawings, specifications, and documents to perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to support successful project delivery Stay current on market conditions, material costs, and construction methods Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives Qualifications: 3-7 years of concrete-specific estimating experience (commercial/civil/industrial preferred) Strong grasp of construction processes and materials related to concrete Proficiency with estimating tools like Bluebeam, OST, or similar platforms Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing deadlines What We Offer: Base salary of $90,000-$110,000 (DOE) Full benefits package Exposure to high-impact projects across Dallas and surrounding areas Growth potential within a supportive, professional environment If you're an experienced concrete estimator ready for your next opportunity, we'd like to connect.
