Construction Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting projects valued at over $100 million by developing and maintaining baseline and progress schedules for various stages of the project. This role requires providing both technical and practical input on all project schedules, as well as preparing and analyzing updates to ensure project milestones are met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain baseline and progress schedules for data center projects. Provide technical and practical input on all project schedules. Prepare and analyze schedule updates to ensure project milestones are achieved. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues. Communicate schedule status and updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Proven experience in preparing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for vertical construction projects. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
