Construction Services Manager ???? Location: Chandler, AZ About the Role We are seeking a Construction Services Manager to support the successful execution of projects during the construction phase. This role bridges our technical teams and field operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll take ownership of project coordination, field oversight, procurement, change order tracking, and client communication - playing a critical role in project success. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Support the construction phase of projects, setting timelines and deliverables for internal teams. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive communication. Bid & Change Order Management: Communicate bid specs and change orders clearly to project teams. Change Order Tracking: Monitor pricing adjustments and billing changes throughout the project lifecycle. Budget & Timeline Oversight: Track labor and resources to ensure schedule and budget alignment. Billing & Forecasting: Set and monitor billing forecasts for active projects. Costing Input: Contribute to accurate costing during proposal development. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution. Additional Duties: Support the Project Resource Manager with other project-related responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Proven experience in construction project management or a closely related field. Understanding of electrical instrumentation and NEC Code Strong skills in organization, communication , and time management . Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite .
