Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Diagnostics & Repair:

Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Engagement:

Provide expert support and clear communication to clients, ensuring a positive service experience from initial contact through to resolution.

Preventative Maintenance:

Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.

Technical Leadership:

Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate service records, document repair processes, and provide detailed reports on service outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to refine skills and incorporate new technologies into service practices.

Qualifications:

Extensive Technical Experience:

Demonstrated background in advanced troubleshooting and repair of sophisticated systems, preferably in an industrial, commercial, or specialized technical setting.

Proven Leadership:

Experience guiding or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment and driving operational excellence.

Strong Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data to determine effective solutions quickly.

Certifications & Training:
