Senior Project Manager / Director of Construction

An LA multifamily Developer has acquired a 170-acre master plan community in northern Santa Barbara and is breaking ground at the end of 2025 on the first of 6 phases in the community. The first phase consists of about 300 garden-style, 3-story, slab-on-grade apartments. I am looking for a Sr PM/Director of Construction who is local in the Central Coast or willing to relocate there this year.
