The Job

The Growth Strategy & Ops Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing Embrace's strategic relationships with senior living community operators and key partners. This role emphasizes relationship management, contract oversight, and operational excellence post-agreement, driving alignment with Embrace's strategic growth and operational objectives. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

You Will

Collaborate with the Embrace and SCAN Executive leadership, as well as other cross-functional teams (e.g., Corporate Strategy, Marketing) to establish and enhance strategies for partner relationship management and operational excellence.

Conduct industry research/due diligence to identify best practices in senior living operator relationship management.

Engage cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Product, Network, and other departments to ensure alignment with partner expectations and successful contract execution.

Lead and project manage relationship onboarding and operational integration of new senior living operator partnerships.

Coordinate and oversee periodic strategic reviews and business performance assessments with key senior living community operators.

Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and track key performance indicators for partner relationships, ensuring robust performance management and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with data and finance teams to design and maintain performance dashboards related to partner relationship success and operational metrics. Partner with Finance to forecast operational and financial outcomes tied to partner agreements.

Support preparation for executive presentations related to partner relationship status and strategic planning (Board meetings, Executive Leadership Team meetings, various steering committee meetings, etc.).

Develop and lead internal training and communication initiatives to educate Embrace teams about senior living operator partnerships, ensuring consistent understanding and effective support across the organization.

Serve as the primary escalation point for relationship issues, proactively addressing and resolving concerns to maintain strong partner satisfaction and retention.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

6 years of experience in healthcare management consulting, sales strategy & ops, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, venture capital

Experience with healthcare payers and / or Medicare Advantage

Experience with project and / or plan implementation, managing multiple stakeholders with different priorities and moving a cross-functional team towards the same goal in terms of execution

Ability to collect, organize and analyze complex data at a macro and micro level with the goal of making structured, data-driven decisions in an ambiguous strategic context

Ability to collaborate across all levels, proactively seeking stakeholders' inputs and exploring a wide range of options before deciding / acting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proven track record of effectively managing multiple large-scale, diverse, and complex projects simultaneously. Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment, flexing to new priorities

Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, both in-person and virtually

Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and planning for short and long-range goals required

Highly developed oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively convey information in a clear and concise manner; strong presentation skills

Base Pay Range: $106,200.00 to $151,910 annually

Work Mode: Mostly Remote (located in Arizona or California)
