Position: Construction Supervisor

Location: Fresno, CA

Contract: 12-month contract, 40 hrs./week, potential for extension

Project: 7.5 MW ground-mount solar project with battery storage integration

Requirements:

3-5 years of solar construction management experience

On-site availability, Monday-Friday (with weekend OT as needed)

OSHA 30 and CPR certifications (Construction Management certification a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience overseeing commercial crews of 20+

Daily reporting and weekly documentation

QA/QC knowledge specific to battery storage

Familiarity with 3-week look-ahead scheduling

Proficiency in Procore

Electrical background preferred

Responsibilities:

Supervise field crews daily (20+ personnel)

Manage scheduling, documentation, reporting, and coordination

Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections

Lead on-site meetings

Liaise with Project Manager, clients, and vendors
