Estimator Apex Construction Commercial General Contractor Reno, Nevada JOB DESCRIPTION As an Estimator you will be responsible for sending projects out to bid and managing the bid process. Responsibilities Read plans and have a thorough understanding of the scope for each project. Review proposals and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of scope included. Build cover letters and schedules of values on excel and word doc sheets. Assist in other Project management responsibilities as needed. Manage Bid platforms. Post bid invites and manage the bid process. Qualification Requirements Resume of experience in the field of construction estimation. Must be proficient in the use of email, internet, Excel, Microsoft Word, and other scheduling programs. Must excel at reading and interpreting blueprints in all aspects from Site Plan to finish including electrical, concrete, plumbing, etc . Ability to work within a high-performance, cross functional organization.
