Site Manager

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

We’re looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects in the Sioux Falls area. This role is key to managing site crews, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily jobsite activities and subcontractor performance

• Maintain project schedule and coordinate trades

• Ensure jobsite safety and quality control

• Conduct inspections, meetings, and reporting

• Collaborate with project managers and field staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of ground-up building methods and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret plans and schedules

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
