Base pay range$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

The RoleIn-office - 5 days/week
San Francisco
80% technical work
20% people/team management [these tasks still are tech-adjacent]
Requirements- You have scaled a product to serve millions of users with little downtime. [HARD REQUIREMENT]
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Typescript
- Experience with microservices & monolithic services
- Knowledgeable about cloud architecture: AWS, GCP, & Azure
- Hands-on coding - implementing scalable systems you architect
- Multi-tasking to support other projects needing your input
- Performing daily code reviews to ensure high standards
- Weekly sprint planning with CTO & product team
- Leading engineering stand-up meetings and removing blockers
- Mentoring junior engineers to improve their skills
