**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 3-10 years of experience in traffic engineering.
- EIT certification necessary; PE certification is a plus.
- PTOE certification is a plus.
- Skilled in MicroStation and AutoCAD.
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Competence in preparing detailed specifications and plans for roadway improvements.
- Experience in conducting technical analyses and studies.
- Ability to effectively prepare technical reports and transportation plans.
- Proficient in collecting field data and performing traffic counts.
- Capable of preparing cost estimates and traveling to various job sites as needed.
- Strong technical support skills for meetings and project management.
