**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience.
- SIT is mandatory; PLS preferred with PA and/or OH licensure required or achievable.
- Proficiency in Topcon-GPS and total stations.
- Experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic, Property, and Boundary Surveys.
- Skilled in Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Motivated team player willing to work overtime and travel locally as needed.
