Welder

We have operations in Saint Louis, Missouri, Huntington Beach, California, and Milford, Connecticut, serving local, national and international customers, both military and commercial. The company supplies platform controls, aircraft components, liquid oxygen equipment, and emergency breathing equipment to its customers.

Summary of Job:

Perform horizontal and vertical welding operations on a broad range of metals and alloys to produce a wide variety of products with high strength and pressure requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform GTAW, Plasma arc welding, spot welding and GMAW, silver brazing and soldering.
• Perform under general supervision, a variety of tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of welding techniques, tools, machines and equipment.
• Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, rough sketches and MIs.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.
• Perform all work with adherence to safety procedures.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs

• 1-3 years technical training and at least one year of experience working in welding position or equivalent of the two.
• The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $22.41/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidates experience and qualifications in a similar role. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
