- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams
- Review architectural and shop drawings for accuracy
- Conduct site surveys and field measurements
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and designers
- Monitor timelines, materials, and budgets to ensure project success
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across all phases
- 3+ years of experience in millwork or architectural woodworking project management
- Understanding of cabinetry and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings
- Experience conducting field measurements and site visits
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solutions-focused
- Local to Totowa, NJ or willing to commute daily
