Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services based near Orange, CA. This role is responsible to create and maintain production schedules that meet customer demands.

This is a three (3) month contract assignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience handling customer requests
  
  
• Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  
  
• Ability to read, interpret, comprehend and organize technical documentation

Preferred:

• Project coordination in a construction and / or architectural environment
  
  
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings, elevator architectural submittals and elevator layout drawings

responsibilities:

• Responsible for prescreen and review of new orders
  
  
• Review quote, order form, surveys and / or booking package for completeness and accuracy of required information for quoting or manufacturing.
  
  
• Review and make necessary changes to quoted prices based on customer driven changes
  
  
• Create and maintain production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize the use of manufacturing resources
  
  
• Prepare accurate, timely release orders to suppliers to assure the precise equipment is delivered
  
  
• Coordinate basic Modernization (MOD) & Components models using project management skills
