We're looking for a Food Safety & Quality Manager to ensure our products meet or exceed internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory compliance. You'll manage critical systems like product complaints, traceability, recalls, food safety plans, supplier compliance, and quality management. This role drives continuous improvement, integration, and value, leading the division through various food safety and regulatory situations with a focus on safety and compliance.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Knowledge of FDA/USDA/State food safety regulations.

- HACCP, Seafood HACCP, PCQI required.
- Minimum 3 years of food service, manufacturing, and/or distribution product QA experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7 years without a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years previous leadership experience required.

Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain quality and food safety systems (Product Complaint, Recall, QMS).
- Enforce Food Safety Programs (Food Safety Plans, PCPs, Meat/Seafood HACCP) for regulatory compliance, ensuring validation.
- Conduct internal and third-party QA audits; manage government and customer inspections.
- Manage the QA Traceability/Recall process, including full recall execution and regulatory communication.
- Execute traceability activities.
- Provide food safety training and support to staff and customers.
- Implement and oversee compliance programs; interpret and communicate FDA/USDA/State regulations to associates, suppliers, and customers.
- Oversee supplier management programs (e.g., Supplier Approval Program), ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide food safety expertise during quality failure incidents and emergencies.
- Lead and coach direct reports for goal attainment and development.
