Job Description



A Construction Coordinator/ Construction Supervisor is needed for a leading EPC organization in the Niagara, NY area. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for managing building construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. This role involves coordinating construction schedules, supervising field activities, and acting as a liaison between on-site construction and project management. This is an day shift.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in industrial construction projects and a technical knowledge of construction methods. Candidates with a renewable gas backgroud are preferred. Proficiency in drawing review, field application, and Microsoft Office is essential. This is a contract role slated to last 3-4 weeks, with potential extension, and per diem will be considered for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
  • Implement building construction projects to support site operations

  • Coordinate construction scheduling and communication between stakeholders

  • Manage daily construction activities and provide RFI support

  • Act as a liaison between in-field construction and project management

  • Supervise construction activities in the field and ensure adherence to specifications

  • Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, and other departments

  • Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling
