Pay Range: $58,240.00 - $60,320.00 per year

Job Description

• Collect and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Be able to identify any unique requirements of any proposals and incorporate the related costs into the project estimates.
• Create and issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Produce accurate, timely and competitive estimates with minimal data.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, ownership, and co-workers
• Update customers through various portals to ensure they are fully informed of progress.
• Create and update work orders to ensure Technicians have all the information they need to perform the scope of work assigned.

• Using your technical skills to understand and interpret technical documents and also understand the components of HVAC systems and how they work together.
• Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely, which can help you build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills are essential for finding solutions to problems that arise during the installation process.

Experience:

• Current HVAC: 2 years (Required)
• Construction/HVAC estimating: 2 years (Required)
