CNC Router Operator - 1st shi

Our client, a leader in architectural fabrication, is seeking a CNC Router Operator to join their team. As a CNC Router Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of custom wood designs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and be a self-motivated team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Router Operator

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range: $19 to $23 per hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the CNC machine
• Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machine
• Work with custom parts and designs
• Perform tool changes and adjust tool offsets to ensure precision
• Contribute to team goals and production efficiency

What's Needed?

• Self-motivated and flexible team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with CNC routers and related machinery strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills
