Your Role as a Commercial Roofing Estimator:

• Develop accurate and competitive estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects

• Perform take-offs from architectural drawings, blueprints, and site data

• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to produce winning solutions

• Review contract documents for scope accuracy and pricing alignment

• Oversee submittals, change orders, and closeout packages with precision

• Be a key contributor in pre-construction meetings to ensure successful project launches

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator

• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Metal, etc.)

• Ability to read blueprints, technical specs, and compliance documents

• Proficiency in estimating software Edge, On-Screen Takeoff and Microsoft Office

• Strong time management and communication skills
