Grading Foreman

Looking for an experienced Grading Foreman with 5 years minimum experience to oversee grading and excavation work for a full service site development construction company. This role involves supervising a crew, coordinating with a project manager and ensuring productivity while maintaining safety standards. Daily activities include leading a grading crew while ensuring they follow safety protocols while meeting project schedules. This position requires reading blueprints and understanding grading plans along with knowledge of GPS and 3D models. Communicate effectively with crew members, management and other team members is a must. Must have a valid drivers license and can pass a drug screen.
