Civil Engineer - Land Development

A top engineering firm in the area is looking to add a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of land development experience to their team. This company is steadily growing and is looking for the next best engineer to add to their team ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Design and project management of land development projects across the local area, some out of state projects as well (OH and PA)
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and help lead a team
• Will be responsible for project and client management, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, billing and collections, team building and mentoring, marketing, and business development.
• Must be able to work on a team, collaborate, and get along well with others

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience with land development projects, project management experience is also needed
• PE license in PA or OH is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is required

Compensation:

• $85-100k+/year
• Excellent benefits package
