Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects from inception to completion.

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

• Manage project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

• Conduct site inspections and manage quality control throughout the construction process.

• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 - 3 years or more of experience in construction project management.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, or similar).

• A strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
