The Golf Station, a nationally recognized custom golf club fitting and teaching studio, is looking for an Assistant Club Builder to join our team in Hurst, TX.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a retail job — it’s a hands-on role where you’ll apprentice under a master club builder and learn the art and science of building custom golf clubs from the ground up.

Who You Are:

• Have golf knowledge or experience

• Enjoy hands-on, detailed work and learning new skills

• Comfortable using computers and basic tech tools (POS system experience is a plus)

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers

• Maintain a clean-cut appearance

• Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow in a unique and specialized golf environment

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to build, adjust, and maintain custom golf clubs under the guidance of a master club builder

• Assist with prepping materials, gripping, and organizing components

• Greet and assist customers in the shop

• Handle light retail transactions and help keep the shop clean and organized

• Support the fitting team as needed
