Experienced Painter Helper needed ASAP!

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Skilled Painter Helper for long-term work in Waukanee, WI. All job sites will be within 60 miles of Madison.

PAY: $30 - $34 an hour
HOURS: 40 - 50 Hours per week
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday , 7am-4:00pm
DURATION: 6+ months
START DATE: 5/5/2025

Job Responsibilities:
Applying sealant and adhesive to waterproof, finish, or fill areas.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute finishing projects accurately
Utilize hand tools effectively to complete finishing tasks
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Ability to use caulk gun, trowel, brushes
Some sanding, prepping, and priming surfaces might be required.

Qualifications:
Must have experience as a Caulker or Painter Helper for industrial or commercial builds
Knowledge of construction techniques
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must have standard hand tools.

Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
